Last week’s was our best episode yet…

Congrats to Manisha Dass of NOOORTH CAAAAROLINA for her decisive victory over Nav Bali of the City They Call Long Beach.

Manisha found the 26-year-old Vancouver-based Abubakar Khan, appropriately known as The Chosen Khan, with 16 minutes to spare.

A special shout-out to our sidekick, Sharmita Bhattacharya, for all she did to update clues, reply to FB comments in real time, and keep the energy high.

And that very Michael Jordan intro I gave Manisha made sense in the end... since Abubakar is 6'6".

We also had a combined Jewish + Desi show on Saturday, right in time for VD.

Maybe not the best abbreviation for Valentine’s Day.

Though thanks to Abubakar, I guess it could also stand for #VancouverDesis.
